Holding sand in your hand is the same as holding pure love. You can only hold onto it until someone takes it away. For the sand, it’s only gravity that pulls it towards the ground through the cracks in your hands, however the gravity that takes your heart away is much different. You love can be taken away by something you love or someone who loves you. Either way love will fade away like the sunset every evening.
